You know what we need is a good old-fashioned competition to see who can find the street corner in OC with the most for sale signs on it. There's one by me in the harbour that averages about 10, but I just know someone can do better.

Good idea. When I get back home, I'm going for a ride around Lake Forest, El Toro, Mission Viejo. See if I can top that 10 sign average..

During the first weekend in March, there were 15 signs on the corner of Michelson and Sandburg in Irvine. Some were duplicates, but that is still a great many open houses.
